PURPOSE: An arc discharge prevention switch and a stop lamp switch including the same are provided to prevent the arc discharge by forming a magnetic field between contacts of the switch. CONSTITUTION: An arc discharge prevention switch includes a first terminal(42a), a second terminal(42b), a contact(22), and a magnetic generation units(60a,60b). The first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected to the external electric circuit. The first terminal has a first fixing contact(41a,41b). The second terminal has a second fixing contact(41c,41d). The contact is arranged under the first and second terminals. The contact has a first moving contact(21a,21b) and a second moving contact(21c,21d). The first magnetic generating units form a magnetic field with constant direction between the fist fixing contacts and the first moving contacts.
