PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit vibration to a nozzle plate, by constituting the titled apparatus so that a vibration body is mounted to a body so as to face a nozzle to a pressure chamber and the diameter of an opening is made almost equal to the diameter of an abutting disc equivalent to the vibration body. CONSTITUTION:After a pressure chamber 11 is filled with a liquid, AC voltage is supplied to piezoelectric ceramic 16 through lead wires 25, 26. Electrodes are provided to the surface, to which the lead wire 25 is soldered, of the piezoelectric ceramic and the surface 14, to which a nozzle plate 14 is adhered, of said ceramic 16 and AC voltage is supplied between these electrodes. The vibrator 27 constituted of the piezoelectric ceramic 16 and the nozzle plate 14 is vibrated as shown by a broken line by the supply of AC voltage and the liquid in the pressure chamber 11 is largely pressurized especially at the center part provided with the nozzle 13. As a result, fine liquid droplets 28 are radially ejected from the nozzle 13.
