PURPOSE: A liquid heater is provided to rotate the liquid to the rotation direction of a rotary drum and to generate the cavitations. CONSTITUTION: A liquid heater comprises a housing(100), a motor(300), a rotary drum(200) and a centrifugal acceleration unit(400). The housing has an inlet port(140) and an outlet port(160). The rotary drum revolves in the inside of the housing. The rotary drum comprises a side wall body in which an opening is formed towards the inlet port. The liquid flowing in into opening slips out to the direction crossed in the inflow direction. The motor rotates the rotary drum.
