摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A multi-junction solar cells and methods and apparatuses for forming the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by improving the thickness efficiency of p-i-n layers of a first p-i-n junction and a second p-i-n junction. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a solar cell(100) includes a substrate(102) on which a glass substrates, a polymer substrate, and a metal board or other are formed. A first transparent conductivity oxide layer(110) is formed on the substrate. A first p-i-n junction(120) is formed on a first TCO layer. A second p-i-n junction(130) is formed on the first p-i-n junction. A second TCO layer(140) is formed on the second p-i-n junction. A first metal back layer(150) is formed on the second TCO layer.</p>
