A manufacturing method of pop-stone of plasticity mineral is provided, which removes fault pop-stone generation by applying pipe suction expansion method. A manufacturing method of pop-stone of plasticity mineral is constituted as follows. The raw material stone powder is injected in the kiln(30b) after passing through the preheating process of 350deg.C and drying. The material is sintered and foamed according to the difference of the specific gravity of the raw material stone powder in the top and lower part of the kiln inside by an instantaneous exposure method. The pipes(30c,30d) connected to the cyclone(13a,13b) at the kiln top and lower part is installed. The heavy pop-stone and light pop-stone are separated by suction of cyclone. After cooling temperature by operation of the heat exchanger, the pop-stone is packed and injected to the warehouse.
