<p>PURPOSE: A crushing head for punching bedrock is provided to reduce construction time and drilling cost. CONSTITUTION: A crushing head for punching bedrock comprises a crushing head body(1), a crushing bit(2) and a fixing pin. The crushing head body has a high pressure hole in which air or coolant powder pass through. A friction bar(13) is installed in one end of the crushing head body and a bar part(14) is installed in the other end of the crushing head body and fixed in a driving shaft. The crushing bit is fixed on a fixing groove formed in the side of the crushing head body. A friction projection is formed on top of the crushing bit. The fixing pin clinches the crushing bit on the crushing head body.</p> |
