PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a pixel electrode from being damaged in a process for forming an electrode cut part by forming a pixel defining layer between the electrode cut part and the pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A substrate unit includes a plurality of pixel regions. A plurality of pixel electrodes(710) are arranged in each pixel region with a preset interval. A pixel defining layer(190) is formed on the substrate. A plurality of opening parts of the pixel defining layer expose the pixel electrodes respectively. An organic light emitting layer(720) is formed on the pixel electrode. A common electrode(730) is formed on the organic light emitting layer and the pixel defining layer. An electrode cut part(735) is formed in at least one of the plurality of pixel regions. The electrode cut part is formed by cutting the common electrode and surrounds the opening part of the pixel defining layer.
