The system has vertical siphoide walls (6, 7) for entrapping hydrocarbon, where the walls are made of PVC. Beads (2) made of hydrophobic and lipophilic fibers permit absorption of the hydrocarbon located on surface of rain water in roadways and parking. The beads are fixed with fixation rings (3) provided in a drainage inspection opening (1) using stainless chains (4) and hooks (5).
