The device (1) has a clamping screw (9) generating sealed connection between a screw head (10) and an annular upper boss (7) of a ring (4), and between an annular lower boss (8) of the ring and one of mechanical units (2). The screw has an inner pipe (11) that realizes hydraulic connection between an inner space of a central bore (5) of the ring and an inner space of the unit. The upper boss has diameter whose value is less than a value of diameter of the lower boss, where ratio of the diameter value of the lower boss to the diameter value of the upper boss ranges between 1 and 2.
