The sensor has an insulating substrate (2) on which longitudinal bipolar electrodes constituted of segments modulated in length, width, number and space are integrated. A structure of conductive zones is constituted of two electrical capacitors, where the electrical capacitors vary depending on the height of the fluid after transfer characteristics is mathematically determined in accordance with a specific equation.
