The hinge (1) has a mobile lug (2) movably mounted with respect to a fixed lug (3) by a metallic shaft (7) and comprising a fixation element (21) for fixing the mobile lug to an opening frame. The mobile lug includes a trim (22) for masking the fixation element and formed monoblock with the fixation element. The fixed lug and the mobile lug are made of synthetic materials. A stop is projected from a lateral face of the fixed lug, and limits pivoting course of the mobile lug with respect to the fixed lug. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a chassis.
