<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent transmission efficiency by suppressing an increase in retransmission. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device performs automatic retransmission requesting a retransmission signal when detecting an error in signals detected from reception signals, and the communication device includes: a reception part for receiving signals in which a plurality of data signals are multiplexed and receiving a retransmission data signal corresponding to one of the plurality of multiplexed data signals; a data signal detection part for performing the detection processing of the plurality of data signals received by the reception part, and performing the re-detection processing of the data signal corresponding to the retransmission data signal among the plurality of data signals received by the reception part and the data signal in which the detection processing is a failure, by using the retransmission data signal; a response signal generation part for generating a response signal indicating the success/failure of the detection processing and the re-detection processing performed by the data signal detection part; and a transmission part for transmitting the response signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
