<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform processing for presenting a secondary content as a secondary creation on a terminal device side inside a system when presenting it. <P>SOLUTION: When recommending the secondary content, first, recommendation contents are extracted in a server, and recommendation content information is returned to the terminal device. In the terminal device, recommendation order about the recommendation contents shown by the recommendation content information is set, and thereafter the recommendation contents are presented.
