<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exchange cycle of components or exchange of components when required from being missed by remotely managing components for elevation facility in such circumstances that the power source of components 21, 22, 31 and 32 for elevation facility does not exist. <P>SOLUTION: This elevation facility includes an information reading device 5 for storing date of manufacture and history information of components in IC chips 41 to 44 which require no external power source equipped with a radio communicating functions, and for reading the storage information by radio, and configured to transmit the information from the information reading device 5 to a remote maintenance device 6 by radio, and to manage the component information by the remote maintenance device 6 which has received the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
