摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the life of a battery by increasing the efficiency of regeneration in supplying a field current to a rotor coil and reducing a regeneration current to the battery connected to a stator coil. <P>SOLUTION: A coil field type synchronous motor is provided which includes a bi-directional switch electrically connected to a rotor coil and a capacitor electrically connected to the bi-directional switch, and a regeneration system for the coil field type synchronous motor is provided which includes a control means electrically connected to the bi-directional switch and the capacitor. When the first derivative of the acceleration of a load of the coil field type synchronous motor is negative, the control means accumulates in the capacitor a regenerative power instantly regenerated from a stator coil to the rotor coil via the bi-directional switch and supplies the accumulated regenerative power to the rotor coil via the bi-directional switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
