<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump achieving the highly precise discharge of a liquid and reducing a running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The micropump 10 includes a tube unit 100 having a detachable tube, and a control unit 200 having a control circuit 210 which controls the driving of a motor 70 for driving a pressurizing mechanism 90 which pressurizes the tube 50 through a transmission mechanism 80. When the tube unit 100 and the control unit 200 are mounted, the mounting state of them is detected and the tube individual data stored in the tube unit 100 are written in the control unit 200 by a reader/writer device composed of an IC tag 130 and a reader 220 and the motor 70 is driven under the driving conditions based on the tube individual data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
