<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate conveying belt having antistatic function and a high friction coefficient by using a coating agent having high affinity to a coating base material without increasing coating man-hours. <P>SOLUTION: In the substrate conveying belt, an aqueous coating agent is coated on a back side of a base material of the conveying belt mainly consisting of a urethane resin. The aqueous coating agent is formed by blending polyurethane water dispersion and conductive carbon black with each other. The blending ratio is in a range of 83:17 to 67:33 in terms of the volume fraction of the urethane resin and the conductive carbon black constituting the polyurethane water dispersion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
