<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance parts, a power supply transformer, and a switching power supply with excellent heat dissipation property, which effectively dissipate heat generated therefrom. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply transformer 1 includes a core parts 2, 3 having primary coils 4, 5, secondary coils 10, 30, and axial cores 2c, 3c each wound with the primary coils and the secondary coils respectively. The secondary coils 10, 30 include flat coils 8, 9, 28, 29 provided with openings 13 at the inside of the ring portion 11. Flat coils 8, 9, 28, 29 include terminals 15, 35 and heat dissipation legs 17, 37 each connected ring portions 11, 31 respectively.
