<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control apparatus for automatically closing an electromagnetic contactor when a power failure is restored and resumes power supply to a load. <P>SOLUTION: The power control apparatus supplies power to an electric device through the electromagnetic contactor.
