PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an overall antibacterial effect including antibacterial property in due condensation on the inner surface of a container. SOLUTION: A wiping sheet is formed by impregnating a sheet shape fiber aggregation base material containing cellulosic fiber with a chemical liquid containing an antibacterial agent. The weight of the chemical liquid is 1.5-4.5 times the dry weight of the fiber aggregation base material. The chemical liquid contains water by 45 wt.% or more, and contains, as the antibacterial agent, 0.01-2.30 wt.% of phenoxy ethanol, or/and phenoxy isopropanol, 0.01-1.75 wt.% of quaternary ammonium salt, and 0.10-8.00 wt.% of polyol.
