PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for a conveyed article capable of shortening an operating time and improving operability when the conveyed article is fixed on the pallet and fixing is released, and a method for fixing the conveyed article. SOLUTION: The pallet 120 has floor parts 144, 146 and 150 on which first and second conveyed articles 100A and 100B with flanges projecting sideways are placed, and has a fixing mechanism 160 for fixing the first and second conveyed articles on the floor parts. The fixing mechanism has first and second locking members 184 and 186 freely movable between a locking position for fixing the flanges and a locking releasing position separated from the flanges, linking means 174 and 180 for linking the movement of the first and second locking members, and operating means 190 and 194 for operating the linking means by one action.
