<p>PURPOSE:To prevent local over heating and heat a content uniformly and efficiently by installing a microwave shielding zone which is made at the place near a contact place between the top surface of the content and the side of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:A microwave shielding zone 15 is installed to cover a contact place between the top surface of a content and the side of a vessel body. The contact place is defined as the place where the to surface of the content contacts with the side wall of the vessel when the content is heated by a electric range, and the microwave shielding zone 15 covers the place near the contact place. From the standpoints of preventing bumping, heating uniformly and improving heat efficiency as a whole, it is desirable to cover the side of the vessel by the microwave shielding zone except the side corresponding to 18% and 35% desirable of the lower part of the content under the contact place where the top surface of the content contacts with the side wall of the vessel. further, the width of the microwave shielding zone id kept at a constant and the size is 3-65mm and 5-45mm desirable.</p> |
