发明名称 OPTICAL TEMPERATURE MEASURING INSTRUMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To make interchangeable a sensor probe by providing the 1st ROM in which the characteristic data of a light source is stored to a signal processing body and providing the 2nd ROM in which the characteristic data of the sensor probe is stored to the probe side. CONSTITUTION:An optical temp. measuring instrument which measures temp. by making use of an optical modulator 5 of which the wavelength at the light absorbing end of the semiconductor has temp. dependency is provided with the ROM10a in which the characteristics of the light source 1 are stored on the signal processing body 11 side and the ROM10b in which the characteristics of the sensor probe 12 are stored on the probe 12 side. The light from the light source 1 is conducted through a connector 13 and an optical fiber 4 to the optical modulator 5, the light modulated by which is received by a receiver 6 and is inputted to a signal processor 9. The wavelength at the absorption end of the light is determined from the data of the ROMs 10a, 10b and the temp. is displayed. The ROM10b is therefore exchanged simultaneously with the exchange of the probe 12 and therefore the interchangeability of the sensor probe is obtd.
