<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve case body structure for a keyboard instrument, and to fix both first and second cases securely while improving the degree of design freedom such as correspondence to a plurality of models. <P>SOLUTION: This case body structure is of a type of a keyboard instrument in which an upper face 41A of a key 41 is parallel to an installation face T when the key is not pushed. Also, this is a type of a keyboard instrument in which the upper face of the key is parallel to the installation face when the key is pushed. A first case 1 is supported by a leg base 31 having a downward convex having an almost hemisphere shape which is formed at an undersurface 151 of a front lower part 15, and is placed on the installation face T at one part in the back and forth direction. A key supporting part 11A is used as an installation part of a second case 2, and the installation part is made parallel to the key line direction. Also, the installation part is made to be one part in the back and forth direction of the instrument. A rasing part 11 constituting the key supporting part 11A is raised slantingly and backwardly from a bottom face 1A of the first case 1, so that a front plate 111a is not slanted and the boundary of the bottom face 1A of the first case 1 and the front plate 111a do not contact with the installation face T.
