<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coffee-containing drink containing coffee flavor ingredients in an enhanced amount. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the coffee-containing drink, includes a first extraction step (S101) for extracting coffee ingredients from coffee beans with hot water, a second extraction step (S103) for extracting coffee ingredients from the coffee beans with second hot water after the completion of the first extraction step, an adjusting step (S105) for adjusting the ingredients of the extracts obtained through the first extraction step and the second extraction step to obtain a coffee-containing drink, and a packaging step (S107) for sealing the coffee-containing drink obtained in the adjusting step in a closed container. Therein, the second hot water is hot water at not less than 35°C. The extract is not diluted with water in the adjusting step, or the upper limit of the amount of the water added to the extract is 300 wt.% based on the weight of the coffee beans.
