<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page distribution system for distributing a Web page satisfying output conditions of a distribution object. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This Web page distribution system includes: a plurality of portable telephone sets 2 which can communicate with the Internet 3, in which output conditions for outputting all Web pages 10 comprising character data 11 and image data 12 to be referred from the character data are individually defined; and a Web page distribution server 1 for: specifying the output conditions of the portable telephone 2 on the basis of the reception of the distribution request of the Web page 10; determining whether or not the Web page 10 satisfies the specified output conditions; and converting the Web page 10 to satisfy the output conditions, when determining that the output conditions are not satisfied, and for performing processing to distribute the Web page 10.
