PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify attaching and detaching work, in united electronic equipment for detachably installing a second unit to a first unit via an attaching and detaching mechanism and an engaging mechanism. SOLUTION: In this united electronic equipment, the engaging mechanism has an engaging part and an engagement receiving part for mutually engaging by the relative movement in one direction of the second unit to the first unit. The attaching and detaching mechanism has a lock member 3 projected in the substantially orthogonal direction to the one direction in the first unit, and the engagement receiving part arranged in the second unit and engaged with the lock member 3. The engagement receiving part has a claw part 5 engaging with the lock member 3 by the relative movement in the one direction of the second unit to the first unit, and a torsion spring 4 for energizing the lock member 3 toward an engaging state with the claw part 5 while engaging the claw part 5 with the lock member 3.
