PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter employing a disk-like blade stably exhibiting an excellent cutting performance for a workpiece formed of a hard and fragile material. SOLUTION: The cutter has the disk-like blade 1 having a structure integrated with a sleeve 10 and a flange 2a tightened on a rotation shaft 3 via a nut 4 and having an ultrasonic vibrator, including a through-hole fitted over the integrated rotation shaft at the center.
