PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous material having high porosity which is used for a heatsink for dissipating heat, a heat insulating material, a shock absorbing material, a filter, a heat exchanger, a sound insulating material, an anti-resonance material, a sound absorber, an implantation device for a fish egg and algae, a filtering material with bacteria, and a flower arrangement utensil.
