摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience in a call control system where voice call is achieved by bridging a session with the call source and a session with the call destination which are established separately. SOLUTION: A call control system includes a section for receiving a connection request from a user of call source to a user of call destination, a plurality of communication terminals, a destination calling section for establishing a voice call session with the destination by calling the telephone terminal of a user at the destination from any one communication terminal, a source calling section for establishing a voice call session with the source by calling the telephone terminal of a user at the source from any one communication terminal after establishing a voice call session with the destination, and a bridging section for achieving voice call between the telephone terminal of a user at the source and the telephone terminal of a user at the destination by bridging the voice call session with the destination and the voice call session with the source.
