PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserter capable of saving troubles of changing devices and coating with viscoelastic substances in use, and inserting and setting an intraocular lens in an eye of a patient effectively. SOLUTION: The intraocular lens inserter is characterized by comprising an inserting section for inserting a deformable soft intraocular lens from an incision provided in an eyeball, a retainer section provided at the distal end of the inserting section for retaining the intraocular lens, a tank section provided at the distal end side of the retainer section for filling a viscoelastic material or liquid poured in the eye, and a pushing means provided on the pushing shaft having a pushing shaft for pushing the intraocular lens retained in the retainer section and a movable wall for changing the volume of the tank by working with the push movement of the pushing axis.
