PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest with speakers which maintains comfort required for a headrest and capability as a speaker, leaves no dent when both sides are bent with the hands applied to the position around the pad holes and contributes to quality stability. SOLUTION: A headrest with speakers, which is a headrest equipped with speakers 2, is arranged with a core member 3 which keeps openings 35 bored in the front location of the speakers 2, has a pad member 5 which is attached covering the front face of the core member 3 with a unity of the openings 35 and pad holes 5 as an interposition. Thus, a plate 6 with a hole section 60 with a plurality of holes 60a bored in a board section 6a is attached so that the hole section 60 can cover the front face of the pad holes 50.
