<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that information can not be reported until inquired from a web server side to a communication service control server when a fault occurs in a communication network in the cooperation system of the web server and the communication service control server. <P>SOLUTION: The communication system includes: a session control server for controlling the communication session of a plurality of terminals; an application server for communicating with the session control server; a web server for communicating with the application server; and a network connecting the respective servers.
