PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seesaw switch for reducing rattling in a perpendicular direction crossing the operating direction of a switch knob. SOLUTION: On both sides of the switch knob 2 of the seesaw switch 3, guide mechanisms 12 are provided for guiding the rocking motion of the switch knob 2. The guide mechanisms 12 each have a groove hole 15 formed in a body part 4 and a locking piece 16 formed on the switch knob 2, where the locking piece 16 is almost tightly held between a pair of walls 17, 17 rising up along a rocking direction K of the switch knob 2. The guide mechanisms 12 work to guide the rocking motion of the switch knob 2 and also support the switch knob 2 in its positioning condition in a perpendicular direction crossing the rocking direction K at this time, namely, in the cross direction of the switch.
