PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OSA in which EMC characteristic is excellent, sleeve holding and fixing strength is large when mounted on an optical data link, and FC potential and SG potential are separable. SOLUTION: OSA 1 includes an optical module 3 and a sleeve member 2, in which a ferrule C is inserted, which optically couples the ferrule C and the optical module 3. A member 2 has: a stub 8 which forms an optical waveguide between the ferrule C and the optical module 3; an electrically conductive stub holder 9 which has a fixing part to be fixed to the optical module 3 and holds the stub 8; an insulating sleeve 10 from the one side of which the ferrule C is inserted and in the other side, wherein the stub 8 held by the stub holder 9 is housed and fixed; and an electrically conductive mounting member 11 which is fixed on the sleeve 10 when the sleeve 10 is penetrated. The stub holder 9 and the mounting member 11 clip the sleeve 10 and are electrically insulated and fixed. The OSA 1 is mounted on the optical data link with the mounting member 11.
