[Problems] Mobile communication enabling continuation of TCP communication while maintaining the quality in a real-time communication. [Means for Solving Problems] A mobile terminal 3a comprises an application executing section 39 for executing a data transmitting/receiving application, a quality monitoring section 38 for detecting the quality of communication such as of a wireless LAN 4, an address control section 31 for making it enable to provide either or both of a static address and a care-of address to the application as a receiving address for the data transmission/reception depending on the type of the application being executed by the application executing section 39 and the result of the detection t by the quality monitoring section 38, and a network selection switching section 33 for selecting a communication route via a home agent when the fixed address is selected as the receiving address and for selecting a communication route not via the home agent when the care-of address is selected.
