The winch (1A) has a rotatable output shaft (2A) provided with a head (21A), and a cover (5A) attached on the head and fastened to the head in a detachable manner by a disk-like clip (6). The cover has a passage hole coupled with the head. The clip is linked and arranged at a tip (23) of the head such that sliding of the cover from the head is controlled. The head has a linear element radially pressed by elastic elements and guided into a seat of the cover. The seat of the cover exhibits surfaces to receive traction forces of the linear element.
