PURPOSE: A method for preparing the pork barbecue, and the pork barbecue prepared by the method are provided to remove the specific smell of pork b using a fruit, a seasoning component and medical herb. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing the pork barbecue comprises the steps of removing the intestines from a pig; inserting fruit, a seasoning component or medical herb between the bone and the meat of a pig; and roasting it. The fruit is at least one selected from jujube, chestnut, gingko Schizandra chinensis, fig, lLycii folium and pine-nuts. Preferably the pork is matured before roasting. |
