The present invention relates to positive displacement hydraulic machines, and more particularly the present invention relates to hydraulic pumps, pneumatic pumps, hydraulic motors, and pneumatic motors. In the rotary hydraulic machine in accordance with the present invention, power losses due to friction of the elements of separating devices are minimized; it comprises neither valves to control working fluid flows nor radial vanes which reciprocate.
