<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the decline of error correction ability without increasing the size of a data packet in retransmission even when reception quality on the reception side is degraded in a configuration using the HARQ of an IR system. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station 100 transmits the data packet including redundant data to a radio terminal for a plurality of times, and includes the redundant data of different contents in the data packet each time of transmitting the data packet. The radio base station 100 includes: a quality information reception part 107 for receiving reception quality information indicating the reception quality of the data packet received by the radio terminal; a degradation determination part 108 for determining whether or not the reception quality of the data packet received in the radio terminal is degraded on the basis of the received quality information; and a transmission control part 103 for retransmitting at least a part of the data packet determined as that the reception quality is degraded to the radio terminal when it is determined that the reception quality is degraded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
