<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay action determining device, relay action determining method, and relay action determining program, for automatically determining the occurrence of action of a protection relay. <P>SOLUTION: The relay action determining device determines action of a relay which detects accident on a power line L1. It includes an input part 13 in which a detection result comprising at least one of voltage and current is input when a protection relay (44S) detects accident on the power line L1, and a process part 11 in which an accident condition consisting of one of impedance, current, and voltage between lines involving an accident phase is calculated using the detection result, the accident condition and the action condition of each protection relay (44S) corresponding to a stabilized value are compared with each other, and whether the protection relays (44S) act or not is determined based on the comparison result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
