<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker in which the top plate becomes hardly high in temperature and can be cooled promptly after use and is high in safety. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker is provided with: induction heating coils 10-12, which are housed in a cooker body and heat a heating object; a top plate 2 which is installed at the upper part of the cooker body, is opposed to the induction heating coils 10-12, and has a mounting part to mount the heating object; and an endotherm means 16 which makes a liquid coolant absorb heat of the top plate at the surrounding of the mounting part. The endotherm means 16 has a tank 16a of ring shape formed into a cross-sectional substantially quadrilateral, and has a sealed and hollow structure so that water W of service water flowing into the tank 16a does not leak. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
