<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel-equipped liquid crystal display in which a touch panel can be used on the screen of a liquid crystal display and the touch panel can be removed easily and stored compactly while it is not used. <P>SOLUTION: The resistive film type touch panel-eqipped liquid crystal display iincludes: (a) the flexible resistive film type touch panel (A) having an upper substrate layer in which a conductive layer is formed on one surface of a transparent film substrate and a lower substrate layer in which a conductive layer is formed on one surface of a transparent film substrate; (b) a storage case (B) capable of storing the resistiv film type touch panel (A) in a rolled or folded state while it is not used; and (c) the liquid crystal display (C). For use, the resistive film type touch panel (A) can be taken out of the storage case (B) and placed on the screen of the liquid crystal display (C).
