<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, a printing control apparatus and a printing control program in which once set printing restriction is released conditionally with a limited number of sheets and a limited period and in which the original printing restriction is applied again after these conditions are completed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a printer 20, printing output limiting data for limiting printing output are controlled by a printing output limitation control table 27. On the basis of conditional release data controlled by a conditional release control table 28, an output control function 24 releases the limitation of the printing output. When a lapse of a prescribed period or the output of the prescribed number of sheets take place, the release of the limitation of the printing output is suspended, and the limitation of the printing output is performed again by the output control function 24.
