PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit digital information to an opposite party during speech communication by a simple operation without imposing functional constraints. SOLUTION: As a configuration for the transmission processing operation of sound signals on which digital information is superimposed, a sound OFDM processor 1 includes: a microphone 15 for inputting sound from the outside; a keyboard 16 for inputting information from the outside; a text conversion part 14 for converting the inputted information to digital information (text information as an example); a sound OFDM encoder 12 for performing encoding processing based on sound watermark technique (sound OFDM as an example) to the digital information and superimposing the digital information after the processing to the inputted sound signals; a sound codec part 11 for converting the superimposed sound signals to signals for communication; and a communication part 10 for transmitting the signals for the communication to the outside.
