<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an imaging element from being struck by a lens barrel projecting from a holder when the lens barrel is thrust into the holder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A female screw part 17 is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the holder 40. A stopper part 19 which inclines from a valley part 17b toward a mountain part 17a is formed at an termination of the female screw part 17. When a male screw part 16 of the lens barrel 15 is joined to the female screw part 17 of the holder 40 by screw connection, a starting end of the male screw part 16 of the lens barrel 15 strikes the stopper part 19 formed at the termination of the female screw part 17 of the holder 40 to regulate rotation of the lens barrel 15 in a tightening direction. Thereby, when screw-in amount of the lens barrel 15 joined to the holder 40 by screw connection is adjusted, the imaging element 20 is prevented from being struck by the lens barrel 15 projecting from the holder 40.
