<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch login users, in a Karaoke remote control device to which a plurality of users log in, and which provides Karaoke member service by switching the users. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A Karaoke remote control device to which the plurality of users can log in performs: first processing for generating fingerprint information based on a user's fingerprint which is read by a fingerprint reading means 203, when the fingerprint reading means 203 is operated; second processing for checking whether or not the fingerprint information generated by the first processing belongs to the login user; and third processing for starting service processing of the user when the fingerprint information belongs to the login user.
