Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the tank used in the environment influenced by a vibration excitation frequency and having a primary natural frequency in a filled up state smaller than the vibration excitation frequency, the partition plate 6 with an opening 5 is mounted in the tank 1, and the partition plate 6 is arranged below the position where the natural frequency of the tank 1 obtained by changing a liquid height of the tank 1 coincides with the vibration excitation frequency.
