<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die capable of dewatering-molding surely and smoothly a cement containing slurry, capable of enhancing a molding efficiency, and capable of manufacturing various shapes of cement concrete products, a molding device using the same, and a molding method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A base body part 10 constituting the molding die 1 has an inner space 100, and an inner wall face 11 for partitioning the inner space 100. A water flow-through part 13 is formed thin-plate-likely, and is face-opposed to the inner wall face 11, with a relation of generating a clearance g1 between one face of the part 13 and the inner wall face 11. A molding space 14 is partitioned by the other face of the water flow-through part 13. A drainage passage 15 is extended ranging over the full length of a face-opposed portion of the clearance g1 between one face of the part 13 and the inner wall face 11.
