PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a determination, since it is difficult to determine a normal phase and a reverse phase of an attachment direction, when a connection is established as the reverse phase, for tha case when the vertical direction and the lateral direction as the attachment directions of a plurality of measurement apparatus mounted in a distribution panel are mixed. SOLUTION: Information on the reference connection direction is stored in a storage section 7 and compared. It determines whether the phase of a multiple phase electric line is the normal phase or the reverse phase. It displays whether the phase of the multiple phase electric line is a normal phase or a reverse phase, by sequentially turning on a plurality of round sections 5a-5p in a measurement value display section 5 in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
